Maintenance for Tile

"Hello and welcome to the first installment of Suburban Oblivion's new interview series! This is a completely new thing for us; we have our first guest joining us and we are going to be holding the interview live and in person rather than purely correspondence! If we can figure it out, we will post the actual audio file on this site soon! Anyways, I am your Suburban Oblivion host Kim and today I have with me a special guest from Unlocked Orlando- a Locksmith Orlando company. Hello Roy!
Roy
Hey Kim, thanks for having me on!
K: We are glad to have you. So today, we are going to be talking about every home-owners nightmare which is a break in! Scary!
R: Thats right, not exactly a bright point in conversation, but definitely one that needs to be discussed. I think I have a kind of new outlook on the subject different than what you might normally hear.
K: Is that right? What most of us know about home security is that it is a hotbed for scams, knockoffs that don't work, and a whole variety of useless bells and whistles from the companies. Do you think this is changing?
R: Absolutely Kim, I see it as being a transformation that is taking place as the customers realize how much more important they are to their home safety than some guy in a room with a computer at an alarm center.
K: But a homeowner can't protect their home if they are not there!
R: Wrong! The most important part of the homeowner's security is keeping unwanted people out, which is best done by good old fashioned locking your door. Studies have shown that over 65% of break ins happen through an unlocked door as the burglars want to have a quick in and out in comparision to a busted window which is very slow.
K: So it is all about locking doors!? I am sure that everyone already knows that and if they aren't doing it by now, nothing I say is going to change them. How can we convince them?
R: Well people usually forget due to having to many other things going on, which is totally understandble in the current environment! That is why I am seeking to make the entire process easier. By utilizing advanced server based detection and analysis systems powered through mobile usability and geolocations, we have been able to make it so that people remember to lock their doors everyday!
K: How does all of this jumbo work?
R: Well using GPS technology and a server program called IFTTT in addition to the industries most well known advanced smart locks, I have built a program that checks whether your locks are closed before you leave your neighborhood! If they are not, a prompt will activate on your phone for you to electronically lock them! It is a simple as a little blue box and a notification.
K: Wow and using your numbers, this will increase your home's safety by 65%?
R: Absolutely.
K: It is great to see these kind of things coming out and making every suburban environment safer. Thank you for the amazing information and if people want to get in touch or learn more about you, we have included your link below!
R: Thank you! And always remember to lock your doors!
